LEARN ABOUT THE CHURCHES OF CHRIST
We are undenominational and have no central headquarters or president. The head of the church is none other than Jesus Christ (Ephesians 1:22-23). Each congregation of the churches of Christ is autonomous, and it is the Word of God that unites us into One Faith (Ephesians 4:3-6). We follow the Lessons of Jesus Christ and his holy Apostles, and not the Lessons of man. We are Christians only!
OUR MINISTRIES
There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet.
OUR WORSHIP
All religious services in the first century were commanded to be done in spirit and in truth (John 4:24) and also to be decent and in order (I Corinthians 14:40). The first century church met for worship on the first day of the week (Acts 20:7; I Corinthians 16:2) and their worship was simple and based entirely on the command of the Holy Spirit. Using the pattern of the churches in the Bible, churches of Christ today worship God "in spirit and in truth", which means they have the proper attitude and do the proper things.
SALVATION
Regardless of who you are, or where you live, we find people from all walks of life who are concerned about the condition of their souls. In this concern, people will ask, "What must I do to be saved?". This question is something worthy of our consideration and deserves a Bible answer. When someone asks, "What must I do to be saved?" this says a great deal about that person. It tells us that a person recognizes that he is lost. If he did not recognize the lost condition of his soul, there would be no motivation for the question.
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
Ephesians 2:8-9
